Chocolate Chip
Nothing is more nostalgic than the classic. This cookie is loaded with chocolate chips and topped with flaky sea salt to enhance the flavour.

Chocolate Dulce De Leche
The sweet and salty. This rich chocolate cookie has both white and semi-sweet chocolate chips, is stuffed with dulce de leche (caramelized milk), and sprinkled with flaky sea salt.

Birthday Cake
For the kids and the kids at heart. This cookie is filled with sprinkles, white chocolate chips, and caramelized white chocolate.

Red Velvet
You either hate it or you love it. This cookie is vanilla with a hint of cocoa, loaded with white chocolate chips and stuffed with a cream cheese mixture.

That's oo-beh to you. This cookie has ube powder, ube extract and caramelized white chocolate chunks. Ube is a purple yam often used in Filipino desserts, known for its subtle vanilla and nutty flavour.

How it works
Pick your Saturday
Order your cookie box for a scheduled Saturday at checkout. Orders must be submitted by Thursday at 8:00 pm before your scheduled Saturday.
Pick your window
Each pickup day has its own windows, shown at checkout. Choose one and please arrive during your window.

We are located in the Douglas Park area. The exact address will be provided with your order confirmation.

About
I started Bop's Bakes in Regina in 2021 after friends and family encouraged me to sell my baking. After living in Victoria, BC for four years, we are back home in Regina where it all began.
I specialize in New York Style cookies that are thick, crispy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside. I fell in love with the endless possibilities for flavours and fillings and am proud to share my creations with you.
